Standard reply by the looks of it received from Cabot, your credit agreement is currently unenforceable blah blah blah….
The deadline day is this Wednesday the 18th Feb when I assume the claim will be stayed.
Just wondering what the next stage is and when and how do I apply to get the claim struck out.
    Regards

Have you checked with the court on the status of the claim I suspect it's stayed, you
don't get informed, after 5 months you can apply for strike out.

12 Months anniversary tomorrow, still not heard or received anything, think its a little cheeky that this can remain stayed indefinitely..
