  • Capquest & CCA Documents

    Hi Guys

    Just a quick one.

I sent Capquest a CCA Request via recorded delivery and with fees, using letters on here for a loan of circa £14k that they have became the legal owners of.

    It went out on 20/11.

They responded on 28/11 stating they had forwarded the request to Llyods Banking Group and once documents were received they would forward them to me.

Since this point no further contact has been made.

Obviously this is outwith th 12+2 day ruling now on CCA Requests.

    Where do I now stand??

The are unable to enforce the debt through the court while they remain in default of your CCA request.

They can bring court action, but they can't get judgment.

      Thanks for the swift reply.

Do I follow this up with a letter to that effect or just leave it be until they make the next move.
