    Downgraded but job not Jeggsed

    Hi hoping someone can advise. I am a civil servant and have been downgraded following my colleagues role being Jegsed. My role has not been reviewed. We do not perform the same role there are just some areas of cross over. Mine has always been a more challenging role and I even had tp for some months whilst I worked on a cross government project.

    The union it has to be said have, been pretty useless. Should I take my employer to tribunal? Your advice is much appreciated.

    Could you be a bit more precise please?!

    How has your role been downgraded exactly, have your duties been reduced, has your pay been lowered?
