Thought I'd go through the process ( don't worry no proper details given nor bank details other than my address for getting the docs )

So received this mountain of stuff today.



Eek !!!

Why 3 authority forms for each lender ? They are ringing back Friday apparently so will ask them then.

They charge £420 for every £1000 you reclaim. ffs.



I've never had any PPI btw.

If these are the people who cold called you on Monday your phone will never stop ringing now. They'll sell you as a lead to every scumbag in the industry.
