Help! Just found out that after a catalyst of events, my solicitor, has at the nth hour with a pending court order to be adhered to by 1st December, decided to de instruct themselves from my divorce case. I am left now with a court order pending and could end up in trouble with the courts.
i don't know what to do. I don't think I have enough time to instruct a new solicitor and get the them to get the order in on time.
My 'current ' solicitor has behaved appalling. No return calls and not being available every time I call.
