  • Good grief! Seems I am not alone! Blemain Finance MUST be stopped!

I am amazed at how many people have been having problems with Blemain!

I'm kind of glad to see I'm not alone, but we need to group together and somehow stop them from their bullying and hideously unfair charges.

Please visit my new Facebook group and let's stand up for each other and ourselves.

I remortgaged in 2006, unfortunately with them, and I'm being charged a vile 9.7% interest rate on my mortgage. I can honestly say, hand on heart, that they have ruined my life [I'll write the full story about this, all of which can be evidenced, at another time when it's not so late and I'm not so tired].

I don't know how Blemain's directors and employees can sleep in their beds at night, knowing what angst they cause their borrowers. There has just GOT to be something we can do to stop them. I wouldn't even mind paying above the typical interest rate, but not as much as I am. Everyone agrees that 9.7% is unbelievably unfair but I have read that I'm not even the worse affected and there seem to be many stories here to back that up.

Shame on them! Let's do what we can to get them in line and treating their customers fairly.

I have a case currently against them, we have just been given leave to counterclaim against their charges, so the fight is already going

push them and push them and they will back down on their charges because they are frightend that someone will get a court ruling against their charges which would mean a a open door to claims. for every one they pay back there are twenty + that they get away with to them it is good (corrupt) business! Push them threaten them give them some of their own medicine they don't like it

I had a case with these parasites at the beginning of the year-They took me to court for reposession. This company used every single underhanded tactics they could-but the Judge was not impressed with the way they tried to manipulate the law to their own advantage-and completely thre the case out of court-and awarded me not only charges but they had to prove that no a single penny was added to my account because of their gross negligence-Lol Great Result I am still laughing about it. So If they do try take you to court-go through every single bit of paperwork-These people are imbeciles-and are easily found out. Please inbox me if I can be of assistance I hate Blemain and all their little groups of associations.
