Ex ignoring a Financial Order through Family court for Child Maintenance

I need advice on how to recover unpaid maintenance. I have a Financial Order for maintenance for our child in place effective 3 months ago on ex husband who emigrated to London. Because I don't live in UK, I had to use the REMO remo process which eventually landed up in The Family Court of the area he lives in. This process took a year and he is just ignoring the Financial Order and I'm still not received payments. Going after a Deduction of Earnings or other channels through the Courts to ensure he pays will probably cost me another year. With his poor attitude towards his duty towards maintenance payments, what is the best way for me to get assistance in getting the Financial Order enforced?

Are you a British Citizen with a national Insurance Number?

I'm not a British Citizen, no and neither is our child. He has naturalised in UK through ancestral ties. The only way I got the Financial Order through the Family Court was through the Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Order because of the agreement in place between our countries to do so.

I am no expert but would think you need to see if this Reciprocal agreement can help your case . Others on here may be of more help to you if there is help in this country to get this money for you they may find it for you.
