    Well that was a hell of a month ! Heart Attack and fluid on the lungs ! so no really of a time for checking things ........... however still nothing from the other parties ; surprise that
    Should I email the court and ask for a strike out ? or what ?
    Be well , I found my perspective changed a bit after my 12 days in hospital !

        Update: Rang the court to see what was happening , nice gent told me the claim by Cabot had been dismissed due to lack of contact and paperwork by Cabot !
        Result !!

              Hello Again Guess what turned up in the post today ? the original agreement with Halifax ! all nicely laid out and in sequence , very clear and all dated for February 2000 !
              Covering letter from Cabot states " as we have now complied with your request for information we are able to enforce the credit agreement ...... " and so on and , " Enforcement means we are able to obtain a CCJ against you "

              What is your thoughts ?

              Have a Happy Easter and don't eat too many Easter Eggs ! ( says he )

                They could apply to overturn the dismissal of the case so really it's a case of waiting to see if they do.

                      The status of the claim has Cabot/solicitors filed any documents, is the claim stayed.
