          Am I right in thinking you cancelled after the Cancelation period allowed and after receiving some literature from the Course and deciding it was not what you signed up for?

            Does any of the course material you have show endorsements from Microsoft or Cisco etc... ???

              It has mentions of TIGA Wales man Yes I cancelled my direct debit was contacted by a DCA and paid them for years and I just wanted to cancel the course and finding all the information started a case with Train2Game.

                          Now don't get me wrong ... I'm all for returning something if you are not going to keep it!! But how can you return something if the address doesn't exist (and hasn't since 1996)???

                          edit 17th October 2014: the return address on the letter does not show a current UK address - as shown by my screenprints underneath the letter
                          Please Note: This postcode was terminated by Royal Mail in December 1996

                              To be honest this is all I have I think I had a bit of a tidy up and got rid of some of the books but they were similar they just had endorsements with TIGA and mentioned about City and Guilds Qualifications.
