If the offer was accepted WP correspondence can be produced in court to prove the offer was made and a binding settlement reached.

    Thanks Des that's helpful!

So faisal should be able to use it in his defence.

This contract applies to a children's nursery. As you and everyone is aware, children nurseries are struggling to operate with lower and lower government support and high running costs. This particular nursery was on the verge of closure when I took it over and now im working very hard along with the rest of staff to keep it afloat. Unfortunately with a possible high get out of contract price, the nursery won't be able to afford that and will ultimately lead to closure. I don't know why companies like this hold small business's to ransom, all they have to do is check public accounts and see that the company is making losses and cannot afford settlement. They use this tactic to start another contract, because of cash flow issues. Its made me have sleepless nights ever since. I have left a review for them on trust pilot and I intend to get all my staff to leave them a review along with all 60 parents as this is going to have detrimental affect on all the nursery users and staff. This money can be used for much needed nursery resources and trips. I'm saddened by this whole experience.
Jeez that's tough. We'll try and help you all we can.

Are you still in touch with the former owner? Just wondering if they'd be willing to write a witness statement if things get that far.

Hello @faisal, I can assure you we are working to find a solution and we'll be in contact in due course.

We are working hard to find a positive solution, but complications with details we have on file conflicting with details on Companies House have led to delays in that process. I am hoping that the matter will be brought to a close today and we'll be in contact to discuss.

Find a solution for me, you can see from the screenshots that my whole day has been consumed with this and I've had sleepless nights ever since.
Thanks for the screenshots @faisal, we've tried on the number you've not provided a screenshot of your EE mobile ending in 4814 and we've left voicemail messages on this number each time. However, I don't want to become embroiled in an online argument over if we have or haven't called. What I want to do if find you a solution. I believe we've now spoken to you on the mobile number mentioned and you've been made aware we're working to find a resolution.

Hi @faisal, Sorry for any confusion I replied to your earlier post and I know we've spoken to you and ask you to give us some time to sort it out. The whole situation has been messy from our part which is not the usual practice so for that I can only apologise . I am confident we'll be in contact today with a solution. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

'had to' is misleading wouldn't you say? I never said he had to edit them, I said he did. Big difference

We'll have to agree to disagree.

That made me laugh!!! Peninsula getting all defensive because someone may have made a misleading statement involving them, yet when it comes to making statements in the courtroom Peninsula are more than happy to mislead everyone by passing off information as true when they know or suspect it may not be true!
