Trades gateway

Hi, I signed up for a welding course with Trading Gateway yesterday, when their advisor came around I signed up the next day and very kindly had me sign a pre-contract credit agreement with Caledonian Consumer Finance Ltd. I didn't know the name of the "school" until he left and immediately looked it up online only to find many complaints about them.
I sent a text to the advisor informing him that I had changed my mind and sent an email to the finance company they set me up with only to find the address doesn't exist.
My main concern is, if I cancel the course in writing with Trading Gateways, will I still have to pay as Caledonian Consumer Finance Ltd can't be reached?

What contact details do you have for Caledonian Consumer Finance ?

To cancel you need to (apparently) complete a slip at the bottom of the paperwork the salesman left you and send it (recorded delivery recommended) to Trades Gateway.

Did the Advisor leave you a copy of the pre contract credit agreement ?

Yes, there is, but it is a P.O box number. I do have a copy of another non-P.O box address for Trading Gateways from another thread regarding this company though.

I will, thanks again, seems like there's far more people than myself in a similar situation with this "college", if not worse.

I've been told that if i've made reasonable effort to contact Trading Gateways and Caledonian Consumer Finance Limited within the 14 cooling period that, if it goes to court for non-payment, it will hopefully go more in my favour, fingers crossed!
