  • PPI on statute barred debt

new to this forum. Have paid PPI on debt owed to Yorkshire Bank. Disputed due to unenforceability - lack of prescribed terms. Been passed to several DCA and now receive a periodic statement for Marlin

Due to be statute barred in next few weeks - going through papers I realised I have paid PPI on this debt (debt is £5k+) . I understand this is a tricky one - where would I stand in trying to claim this back. thanks

It depends if you want to acknowledge the debt and reset the limitations clock (ie the debt worth more than the PPI or vice versa)
