Hi Everyone.

Good to be here and to have found such an informative forum.

My reason for being here today is that I received a letter from Mackenzie Hall saying that they need to contact me regarding a personal matter. I have been in an IVA now for 2 years and have forwarded the letter on to Cleardebt to ask for their advice. In the meantime, should I respond to the letter?
