Hi everyone.
For the past few years I have been battling with my local authority against a claim they had overpaid me whilst I was employed by them in 2008.
It has been a battle, I have written letters, etc., but they could not provide proof of the debt. In fact, when I pointed out an error in something they went and got a variation on the CCJ still not admitting they had made a mistake.
After a letter to the chief executive they said it would be looked into.
Today I have received a letter from the court saying:
Upon reading a letter from the Claimant (my old local authority employer who took the CCJ out)
IT IS ORERED THAT
1. Application Dismissed.
Does this mean that the local authority have asked for the ccj to be removed and the court has said no!!!
Totally Confused
