    Letter from Monument offering £132.00 26th March
    Refusal of offer and LBA 28th March
    Final response from Monument still £132.00 5th April
    Claimed issued 13th April
    Acknowledged 19th April
    Schedule of charges sent to Northampton and Litigation and disputes team Monument 17th May
    13 point Defence filed 23rd May
    Now awaiting instructions from loacl court
    Claim no 7QZ50377
    £300.00 plus £51.10 interest

    Also requested CCA and T&C's 31st May
    thats up to date with that one

                            OK Letter just arrived from Monument,
                            Barclays's bank has transferred all it's rights under Monumenr card agreement to R. Raphael & Sons plc ("Raphaels Bank") as from 2nd July. It says to carry on as normal. Is this the Dutch bank they have gone in with? and do we just carry on as norm?
