As far as I know, CCS Enforcement Services are still alive and kicking under their original name even as I type. I know this because I am helping my Sister in law with her gripe against CCS. The last couple of letters she has received from them from the above address in LEICESTERSHIRE are in the name of CCS, not Birchalls or Rundle and Co..
