With regards to the credit agreement/terms. I am correct and hopefully reading it right, but it does actually read, that if you change address you can notify them in writing.

I don't want to sound thick but please clarify that is actually what it says?

I've sent a letter off today outlining this issue. Do you I'd have any luck with the FOS with this, or maybe court action?

            F

FOS will tell you if they believe if there is something they might get involved in if you phone
and out the problem to them.

              Thanks nem,

Can I ask you another question. Sorry to go on. It might be a little trivial but I'm willing to fight at all angles.

Ok, so I have established that the DN, TN and NOA were allegedly sent to my previous address. Despite the creditor documenting my request to change address and not auctioning it.

The account is now owned by Cabot who conducted a trace search on my CF at my current address. Now, three days later, they claim the NOA was sent out to my previous address. Even though a trace search showed my current address.

The default on my credit file is registered in my current address. Why then, was the default not registered in my pervious address, when they claim the DN, TN and NOA were all sent out to my previous address?

              Sorry it sounds confusing,

To me it looks like a ploy to get a judgement by default has gone pear shaped on Cabot and someone is trying
to get out of the mess created.

Personally I would be looking for explanations by way of a formal complaint to FOS and a report for information to the FCA.
