where do you go from there Its a mild victory, when courts agree with you and you win your claim I watched that legal guy on BBC one BUT not one of those claimants actually got their money back, or if they did it should have been shown, just to show its worth all the hassel you go through just to prove a point.
like if you make a mistake they send it back for you to put right, 3 times mine came back, why on earth they didn't list all the mistakes the first time i will never know (all the mistakes were different and on different pages, did they read one page at a time?).
Call in the bailiffs i hear you say, but when stuff in the property is not worth a jot even at auction. Put a charge on the property again you may wait years for that to be sold.
So has anyone got a light bulb sure fire way of me getting my money back from the greedy bum that took it in the first place.
