Hi There,
Last year my partner moved away where he rented an apartment for a few months, I was staying there regularly and they had a Cineworld in the area, so I took out a Cineworld Card and registered it to my boyfriends address.
He has since moved back and I cancelled the DD (not thinking I had to cancel with Cineworld) but now Daniel Silverman LTD are sending me emails on behalf of Cineworld (as this is the only contact they have for me) threatening to take me to court if I dont pay £71.
My question is, would they actually take me to court for such a small amount of money? also, they have no details for me as i'm not registered to that address and no longer is my partner so for all they know I could have made that address up!
