    What is it?

    Coming in on Jan 2nd 2015 CAP on amount PAYDAY LENDERS can charge customers;

    CAP on pricing at no more than £24 per £100 borrowed
    0.8% interest rate CAP per day
    £15 CAP on default charges
    100% total cost cap - never payback more than double the amount you borrowed


    Do you think its a good idea ?
