  • bailiff enforcement action

Hi Huys i hope you can help as i have exhausted all avenues. I received a court fine of £1385 in january and was ordered to pay £50 a month this was for a health and safety breach i was also give 200 hours community payback. I have completed 131 hours so far and not failing on that side, but i also wrapped up the business at the same time. For the recored the fine i am refering to relates to me as a individual.

Marstons have the debt as i was unable to pay, i have paid £300 at there request and now they want £1085 immediatley as a bailiff will be calling. I do not have the money i have tried and tried to put a repayment plan in place and they are not intersted, i have spoke with the court and they say they do not have the power to bring it back to court?? they say that when a bailiff calls if he gets no joy then they could send it back in which i can then set up a payment plan.. i do not want a bailiff at my house, i have 2 children aged 2 and 5 and my wife has recently been diagnosed with MS she is also suffering from panic attacks. Can you help can i go down the route of a vulnerable person??
