Hi guys. I have a problem cancelling a contract I'm currently paying for on 3. The contract was taken out in my dad's name, but when I upgraded I switched it to be in my name and to my bank. I payed the contract for the full 24 months and decided to cancel at the end. When I phoned Three they asked me for a password (which neither me or my dad could remember) and told me I couldn't cancel without it. My dad is working away constantly and so having him phone isn't an option and I'm feeling quite cheated. I've payed about 7 months extra because they won't let me cancel and I have no idea what to do.
Is there a way i can phone up, as the bill payer, and command them to end the contract now before I pay more money for a service I don't use? Any help is much appreciated because money is tight right now and this is an unnecessary expense. thanks in advance.
