Accident 2009. I had no solicitor or legal advice, stupid. Anyway I decided to claim off of a national company and there insurance. I was made an offer and told that if I tried to ask for more than they had offered, it would have to go to court and it would take along time for this to happen. Anyway I accepted. Full and Final Settlement. No admission of fault from company. Through my injury I have ended up with arthritis in my joints, knees, wrist, thumbs, ect. I know I was silly not to get legal advise. I have been told that the claim is closed and that I will never be able to reopen the claim because it's Full and Final Settlement. I know this is more than likely, i just thought I would ask If anybody had any advise. Thanks.
Is my claim closed.

Re: Is my claim closed.
Thank you for your answer.
Could you give me any advise on how it might be able to re-opened.
I was given some advise along time ago, that if the insurance company that settled with me did'nt get me to sign that they had given me advise to seek legal advise, then I might have something to go on. How true this is I don't know.
Once again I thank you and anyone else that could advise me on this.
I will probably be disabled for the rest of my life so any hope what so ever would be helpfully.
