    Hiya , i am new to all this , in court soon with a major energy company who passed a debt onto a collections agency which i did not owe , recieved verbal threats , a false creditors name was used to obtain money is this legal ? , also i have evidence that a signed statement of truth is false , how will a county court view this ? many thanks for any advice , ps i am representing myself in court

    Are you being sued in your own name?
    What does 'false creditors name used to obtain money' mean, and how does this relate to a disputed energy bill?

      it is me who is taking the energy company to court , the name the energy company and their collection agency and solicitors used a false / wrong company name of the energy company on seven letters
