  • costs reserved in small claims

Hello. Today during a hearing to set side judgement the defendants solicitor asked for costs to be reserved. As I am defending myself I don't have any costs buy the defendants clearly do. How does this work.

We have another hearing to be scheduled following a request from the courts for a Scotts Schedule to be drawn up (excel spreadsheet breakdown of costs and items).

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

Can you clarify, are you the claimant or the defendant in this case?
