  • Parking eye Letter Before County Court Claim

    Hi there,

I am brand new to this site and I am desperately hoping someone can help me. I have received a letter before county court claim from ParkingEye for overstaying in a Farmfoods car park for 20 minutes. I ignored the first letter as colleagues and friends advised this was the best step to take. After receiving the second letter I looked into this and discovered the 'new' route is to not ignore but not pay.

To be honest I don't even know where to begin. What would I have to put in an appeal letter to them?

I really hope someone can help.

    Many Thanks

I would contact farmfoods asap and see if they'll cancel it. They might value your custom.

Failing that or at the same time if they delay respond to the threat such as http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...071#post432071
