    Please advice have been sent court papers saying that WE111 ltd have taken me to court for an outstanding debt of14k and the court has said I am to vacate my property by the 14th June as they are repossessing it
    WE11LTD bill is now 22k however the mortgage on the house is with BM Solutions and is 230 k . I also Have a second charge on the property for 20K with virgin money
    The property value is about 240k and the court papers say it cannot be sold for less than 190k
    Who should I tell -- is there anything I can do should I bother ???
    I have sent e-mails to WE111LTD and the lawyer they are using neither has got back to me

    Were you sent any notification of an intention to apply to the court for a Possession Order? This will normally be sent approximately 5 weeks before the hearing.
