  • received a ccbc northampton lowell portfolia and o2

hi to all i am new to this but hopefully will explain correctly to get help.
so about 2 years ago was in a contract for mobile phone with o2 i had 5 in all with family but my one in particular had several problems first being contract in wrong name it had me down as mrs rather than mr even ccbc claim form in mrs. i also had wrong charges on mobile bills i had my service cut off twice even though paid bill and when it came to calling near end of contract i told them i didn't want to stay any longer due to problems and wanted to put 30 notice in i assumed sorted out then got bill which again was wrong and still billing me ahead even though gave notice,i called again and they said i have to give notice again which i did. i refused to pay which at that point was about 36 a month the bill somehow ended up at about 160 now claiming 172.88 court fee 25 solicitors fee 50 total 247.88 now i beileive if account dealt with properly this would have been sorted along time ago but what i wish to know is can they hold me to this and take me to the ccbc court under mrs if i am mr ? thanks

If you put them under pressure they will more than likely fold for an amount that is less than it would cost to send someone to court to deal with it.

http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...075#post391075 edited to suit for starters. Of course if you add in your dispute points too it may help.

Mr & Mrs may not matter much.
