"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

            Hang on a second!

OK, what debt does this apply for?

Lets just take this one step at a time.

Perhaps its worth doing some background research here first, then we can go from there, as Cel says can you tell us some more about the case?

OK, what year did the credit card get opened?

When did you default on the card?

When did you last make any sort of payment to the debt?

Have you ever sent a CCA request to Vanquis to see a copy of the original agreement that Lowell now plan to use to bankrupt you unless you pay the ransom...I mean 'debt'?

Have they agreed to drop the petition on the basis of you making an installment arrangement ? Do you have confirmation in writing ?

Regardless of this sending a CCA request would be a good idea as a bit of back up if they come back or your installments fail - http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...y-of-Agreement - just to ensure all is in order
