  • Dubious claim

Received a county court summons from Bryan Carter, from Lowell but the original account number is a current account I had with Co-Op and closed years ago.
I had a loan with Co-op which was settled in 2006 and also credit card but I'm sure that I left the co-op after some bad service and anything that was going
on would be statute barred. It's all so long ago I can't really remember the details. The account number on the claim is my old current account and I'm sure there
wasn't even an overdraught facility, can they lump everything else on that account? I've sent AOS to court and sent the CCA and CCR letters as per the "What to do" page
on Legal Beagles. Glad for all the help so far,
    Any ideas what happens next?
