Hello all, i am newbie.
Anyone knows where I can find guilds to expenses for Party Litigants (Scotland) and how to set the bill of cost to lodge to the Sheriff Court. I was awarded Decree in my small claim Action because the defender having stated a defence has not proceeded with the proof hearing which was Friday 4th April 2014 and also has not acted in good faith. I spent months of readings and preparing for the case and he did not turned up for the proof hearing .So under small claims rules 21.6 Party Litigants entitled to expenses under the Summary Cause. I have to lodge my Expenses in by 14 days; any help would be greatly appreciated
