MKDP issue County court but ?????

Hi

MKDP have issued county court against me BUT :-
1) States bank account which is incorrect ( only partly. )
2) i entered an IVA in 2008 and on my credit File states completed
i aim to send in the info regards iva and send copy of my complexed status showing on credit file
also it's in there error that it states bank account
bit confused
also have smaller co's listing me as DF when also was in iva that's stating completed
advice most appreciated

Did you receive a certificate of completion from your IP?

Do you know what the debt it that the claim is for and was it definately included as part of your IVA?

Yes it was included in iva
Nothing from IP but Status is completed which can be only logged by IP
