          You're looking for something that says the terms and conditions have to be supplied WITH the agreement to be enforceable ?? or you looking for the mysterious four corners bit ?

          (1)The creditor under a regulated agreement for fixed-sum credit, within the prescribed period after receiving a request in writing to that effect from the debtor and payment of a fee of [F1£1], shall give the debtor a copy of the executed agreement (if any) and of any other document referred to in it,


          Which they have done as 8 and 9 are on the signature document and it refers to the rest of the terms, and the rest of the terms refer back to 8 and 9.

          The issue is it is illegible apart from odd bits. Have they recon'd the signed bit?
