  • Parking charge notice - vehic

Hi and thanks in advance for any advice. I have today received a parking charge notice from the above company regarding parking in a private car park. I was in the car park at the time, I did not leave the vehicle as I was waiting to collect my wife from a shopping trip. The photos on the PCM are grainy but you can just about make out the vrn. In honesty I cannot deny the offence as I was there but I think the £60.00 is grossly excessive, however I know that this will not be taken into consideration so my plan is to find an angle against the issue of the ticket. I did not see any notices but will assume they are there - is there a set standard for the notices (text size/colour etc) that are challengable. On another note I have waited in this car park before and not received a ticket and the only difference between then and now is that I used a different entrance, does this bear any significance (clutching at straws I know!?)
