Please can anyone he!p me too, my belongings were sold without an audit or a court order.

I asked the company if they got court orders for disposal of the items and I was told they didn't need that under the agreement I signed

I requested for a copy of it under FOI act and I was told they won't deal with anymore except with my lawyer as I advised them I would pursue litigation as an option.

Please any help In the right direction would be most appreciated

Unless the goods were with a public body the FOI Act is not how you obtain a copy.

You need to make a Subject Access to Information Request under Section 7 of the Data Protection Act 1998. This page tells you more about it and provides a template letter to use: https://ico.org.uk/for-the-public/personal-information/

When you write the letter enclose a £10 Statutory fee as a cheque or postal order payable to them and they have 40 days by law to respond. If you owe them any sort of money write on the cheque/postal order "DPA1998 STATUTORY FEE ONLY"

Thank you for your comments and help. The consultation schedule of CAB doesn't work for me so I intend to use LAWWORKS lawyers instead.

There are couple of walk in sessions I can visit, which are in the evenings, also I would be exploring the subject access to information to obtain copies of the contract as the mail box I used for all communication with them few years back was ckosed due to inactivity.
