        Fantastic news.:high5: Have a good celebration and as for Amethyst,Flaming Parrott and all the team, well what can I say!:hail::hail::hail:
        I have been trying to find an old post (about a month ago)where a chap lost his statute barred case because the judge accepted the claimants witness statement saying he had made a couple of payments within the 6 year period. They did not have to produce any evidence. I wonder if it was these chaps trying their luck again.

          I think you could by right, 1st credit where very convincing that payments had been made, but only from there end, figures and amounts didn't add up.
