    1st Choice Claims & ARB Advisory help pls

    Hello....

    Well, it looks like I may have been scammed too...
    Ist choice Claims took my details for a PPI claim despite me not using my Credit Card...
    I was then contacted by ARB Advisory (Mr Ed Parr: ARB Advisory: Edward Direct Line: 01792 45xxx2) who advised me that I have a claim and that their Legal Dept would be processing my claim...

    Neither are contactable....I have been waiting since the end of Oct 2013 for any feedback....aaah but it takes a minimum of 12 weeks to process these claims....which is about now.
    I am not confident that I will see any return or repayment....

    So I join the queue of the angry...

    Is there anything I can do?

    Update:


    Just to update I actually got a reply email from Mr Parr and he gave me a number to call at ARB....
    I duly called and spoke with an employee who advised me that they are waiting to hear from the lenders (Lloyd's Bank) to reply and that it should be a few more weeks before I hear anything....
    So.... not all lost as yet....fingers crossed....

      The MOJ site has been down all day so I can't check but ARB have definitely got form.
