    sol told me that to get a set aside I have to make the dates look as good as possible. simple as that.

          Don't worry it will probably be fine, the judge will probably of already made a decision before you go in. Is it just a hearing of the setaside application?

          Was your witness statement correct (and signed by you etc) ?

            its a set aside hearing.the witness statement and the form saying application to set aside are backdated and didnt arrive atcourt until 3wks after the date on them.this is what im now a bit worried about.im trying to say i did it way before i actually did do it but sol said it was the only way.what if judge asks me why the long time between dates :doggieyes::boink:
