  • Statutory-Demand - WON!!!!

Hi all. I today have been told a SD as been posted through my old family home . I've not lived there for over 3 years. The mortgage is in mine and my ex name. I haven't payed anything towards the mortgage for years. And don't want anything from the property if sold. My son who lives there to is posting these docs on to me . The SD is for capital one for a debt of about £3000. If sold tomorrow the total £ left in the house would be about £10 k at a push . Any advise would be appreciated !are these SD sent out willy nilly for a scare factor ?

        Hi Marvan

Your own personal bankruptcy could massively affect that home; which presumably your ex and your son live in? You must challenge this SD.
What year did the debt account open in?

        Is this a Lowell debt?

I look forward to hearing from you
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

There is 2 on this Sd . One for capital one which I think the account was opened in 2007. And one for O2 which would of been about 2010 . Many thanks for your reply .

Does a Sd not have to be personally served and not posted through a letter box?

Yesterday Lowell settled 5 more cases bringing the grand total to 55 wins this year. Costs vary in each case and because Lowell is collecting 100 million per annum, sadly I doubt its making much difference. Still, thats 55 people NOT facing bankruptcy this Christmas
