    Re: Parking Eye

    Hi ****yboy,

Write to Parking Eye appealling the Parking Charge Notice in very simple terms:

    Dear PE,

I wish to appeal the invoice posted on my car in the M5 services at (place name) on dd/mm/2013. I believe you are not the landowner and the PCN to be a penalty.

In the unlikely event you reject my appeal, please supply me with a POPLA code so I can appeal to them.

    Yours sincerely,

    ****yboy

PE will reject this, hopefully give you a POPLA code, then you can submit an appeal to them which will win along the lines of this:
