  • Protecting my kids

Hi, I'm going through a messy divorce with my husband at the moment. We originally agreed he could see our kids every weekend but after the way he has treated us I don't want him to see them anymore. What are my rights? We haven't finalised the divorce yet. Thanks.

    Hi and to LegalBeagles.
You would need to provide much more information for anyone to even hazard a guess at what you can/cannot do.I would add though,,lack of info notwithstanding, they are his children too,,your reasons to even attempt withdrawing contact would have to be rock solid and irrefutable because he has rights too.
I could add so much more but I will refrain unless and until you decide how many (if any) facts you want to divulge

Father has also rights to meet his children but you can also go for child custody lawyer who can guide you in a right direction.
