  • Fraud by Barclays and FOS

I have discovered in June that local branch manager in Barclays has falsified credit card application and issued that under my name. The
card, pin and my personal data has been sent to my old address where it has been accessed by third party.

I am in the possession of fraudulent credit card application on which can be seen that there are various styles of writing, different dates
    and the signature isn't mine.

Barclyas refused to deal with this so I have contacted FOS. It took them time and they just replied to me admitting that it's unlikely that
I made this application however they cannot do anything if the Barclays isn't willing to admit anything.

Barclays offered £250 if I settle with them. FOS advised as well that they cannot do anything more except of what they have already done for
me and £250 is a great offer.

I have proven a fraud, I have provided strong evidence and both of the organisations came to the conclusion that nothing happened.

    - What I can do in your opinion ?
