      I am counterclaiming for so many things-and I am going to go the whole course-I am not giving up-I do not want the same thing happening to any other non regulated victim.-Any help at all would be appreciated.

        Check all your paperwork again as my current lender(not Blemain) has informed me that my loan is regulated yet when applying for a possession order their solicitors have clearly stated that the loan is not regulated. I am not yet sure how this fits in with my case but I'm sure my loan cannot be both, unless someone knows otherwise?

          Mine is definitely unregulated-let's hope we can set a precedent.
