  • Defaults from bt?

    hi all

    ive discovered 2 seperate defaults on my file from bt- no clue what they are for.

    am i right in that bt arent regulated by cca so there would be no point sending one of those?

      ive seen a post on another forum regarding bt and defaults from quite recently where bt have had to remove someones defaults as they have not followed ico guidelines ... anyone any info?

              Tried that they won't tell me anything without account numbers . They have said the only way is to send in a subject access request
