Bailiffs on BBC News

Have been hearing this all morning, they have been talking about bailiffs, the grey areas and the fact that the police don't seem to know the 'rules'

They have just been interviewing Jamie Waller, he says that bailiffs don't crawl in through windows and that they will keep attending till they get what they want!
