Ricos recently was issued while she was awaiting appeal on a judgment on the same debt in the county court, and the judge in the stat demand set aside still wouldnt set it aside.
I don't know all that much on stat demands except that the people who receive them will do almost anything to save their homes.
So please have a think, or post anything relevant in here, see if theres ANYTHING we can try and get altered in the system.
