  • Redundancy help

hi, I have been put at risk of redundancy by my company and i have 2 major concerns around the consultation process. Firstly they are not using their own redundancy policy, they have decided to only use performance as a selection criteria. Not only are they only using performance, they are only using the last 6 months performance in 5 categories that aren't a fair reflection of how i am measured in my role. They are weighting the criteria 40%, 20%, 20%, 10%, 10% in the 5 categories but allowing over performance to be taken into account e.g. in the first category which is weighted 40% you could get 60%. My argument is that this would render other categories worthless? Have i got a case?
