Eloise01....point taken! By the way have you had any further luck re the law or regs pertaining to their view?

That would be the case I cited in post 9! Afraid you'll have to find a public version of it - my resources are not publically available which is why they are easier to search quickly.

PlanB....the shoe bank indeed. Would it also help to show she owned her own house before joining the boat, which she sold the week before she joined? We are moving back to the UK...don't know if this is a good idea now! However, we will be moving into her mums for two weeks then into our own flat which we have bought. We will have moved some of the mountain by then. So frustrating as it may become a very expensive PO box to have owned!! She will have been on the electoral role at her mums house as it was her home for most of her life. She won't have changed it to the house she bought as she was not there that long. Thanks for your replies.
