They won v Kevin Shelley but any other, as far as i know, were default judgements. There should be a raft of court cases in the next few weeks.

Can't see Miss Ledson appearing in court soon. Too busy processing bulk claims.

        LPC has been mentioned.

The first wave of claims hit a while ago and i saw 1/2 mention late August and september as court dates around t'internet.

Another http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?...dpost&p=863050 not parking eye but shows that costs do not make it when calculating a genuine pre estimate of loss.

They do seem to be having difficulty justifying the fact their charges are not penalties don't they! They now seem to be criticising people for using templates which are proving successful from the internet. Erm ...... if they work, is it not sensible to use them?

Doesn't seem to worry popla (nor should it. content matters not source)

                      Lovely

Was it the genuine pre estimate of loss that did it ?
