    Did you send two separate letters? Because the two are separate requests, Celestine's letter is a request for DOCUMENTS mentioned on the particulars of claim, the one I posted above is a request for INFORMATION under Part 18 of the CPR, which you'd use to obtain information such as the date of last payment.

        Well done, :clap2: they are meant to achieve two different things. To clarify:
        • CPR 31.14 -which Cel wrote above- is a request for DOCUMENTS mentioned on the particulars of claim.
        • Part 18 is a request for INFORMATION that may assist with your defence.
